Applications for FAC funding will be accepted until all FAC funding has been exhausted. Allocations will be posted to mySource by 5 p.m. on the Friday following Senate approval.
UA Year-End
FAC Purchases and Reimbursements will not be processed between Oct. 1 and Oct. 6th due to UA Year-End
Fall 2026
FAC Funding Requests for FAll will be accepted each Sunday by midnight between 9/13/2026 and 11/15/2026
Spring 2027
FAC Funding Requests for Spring will be accepted each Sunday by midnight between 1/10/2027 and 4/4/2027
Summer 2027
FAC will have one submission deadline for summer 2027 funding only on 4/11/2027
Organization Approval
President/Advisor Approval must be completed prior to the submission deadline.
Travel Release Form
The Travel Release Form must be submitted prior to the funding request submission deadline. If your organization has a formal selection process for travel that will prevent you from meeting this deadline, please reach out to the FAC Advisor at fac@ua.edu.
